You’ve been waiting for it – now it’s official! The biggest stars of Rallycross will be in Mettet on 17 and 18 August for the World Rx of Benelux. One of the world’s most popular motorsports is reinventing itself with a new, up-to-the-minute formula.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For 2024, the FIA has decided\u0301 to introduce a new format which they have called: ‘Battle of technologies’. It will therefore feature the usual World Rx, Rx2e, Euro Rx1, Euro Rx3<\/strong> categories. However, the top category will be undergoing a small change, and not the least.<\/p>\n

This year, the focus will be on the battle between internal combustion engines and electric motors<\/strong>. In the World RX category, the two types will come face to face in breathtaking races. With 8 electric cars against 8 internal combustion cars, there’s plenty to thrill you. The drivers will be keen to win in this new format, and one thing’s for sure: the show is already set to go on\u0300.<\/p>\n

But the World RX of Benelux isn’t just about competition. The DJs from the After Race Festival are waiting for you on Saturday for a wild evening. Foodtruck, bars, music: it’s going to be a total party!
