Unfortunately, the evolution of the sanitary situation linked to Covid-19, the saturation of the hospitals and the recent measures to fight against the spread of the virus didn\u2019t allow anymore a decent organization of this event on the Circuit Jules Tacheny.<\/p>\n<p>The circuit of Mettet, in consultation with the FMB, has therefore decided, after a long reflection, to cancel\u00a0<strong>The Race<\/strong>\u00a0and the\u00a0<strong>NRJ E-Bike Challenge<\/strong>, moreover it has also been decided to postpone the\u00a0<strong>Supermoto Trackdays<\/strong>\u00a0after December 13 included.<br \/>\nFreddy Tacheny, President of the Royal Union Motor of Entre Sambre-et-Meuse, would have liked to gather the Supermoto and quad riders one last time in 2020 :<br \/>\n<em><strong>\u201cWe sincerely hoped to be able to organize at least one event this year, specifically for drivers. The Race would have been the only Supermoto race of the year, a breathing window in a difficult period at more than one point. Taking into account the explosive evolution of the pandemic in our country, in consultation with the FMB, we have decided, with great sadness, to cancel this event as well as the NRJ E-Bike Challenge.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>The Supermoto Trackdays training sessions are also postponed until after December 13.
