At the beginning of the year, the managers of the circuit chose the regional duo of Benjamin Goutterbarge (Miss Baker) and Didier Bolle (Mobichefs). The two men have complementary professional skills and are used to working together at major events.<br \/>\nWith the help of interior architect Gianna Leocata (Prija Studio), they have given the \u201cEspace\u201c its own identity with archive photos, frescoes and posters. As soon as they enter, visitors are plunged back into the heart of the Saint-Donat crossroads, the mythical place of Mettet\u2019s \u201cDiabolo\u201d. Among the other flagship products on the menu is the unmissable 180g Beef Burger \u201cDiabolo\u201d.
