The moment that rallycross fans have been waiting for has finally arrived! On 16 and 17 November 2024, the prestigious Circuit Jules Tacheny in Mettet will be the scene of the grand finale of the Belgian Rallycross & Cross Car Championship 2024, a weekend that promises to be intense.

After a breathtaking season, the best drivers in the sport will meet one last time on the Mettet track, combining tarmac and dirt sections, for a final confrontation that will crown the 2024 Champions.

A varied programme of races awaits spectators, including the Junior Cross Car, Super Buggy and Super Nationale classes. The races, consisting of sprints of 4 to 6 laps, will guarantee moments of pure spectacle.

Daan Spies dominates the Mini Buggy category with five wins from the first five races of the season. Kobe Pauwels, a circuit ambassador like Emilien Allard, is fighting for the title in Senior XC against Romuald Demelenne. In Super Buggy, Glenn Sente leads the way, but Bjorn Versluys and Mark Van Eycken are not far behind. Yenthe Putzeys and Davy Van Den Branden are wheel-to-wheel in RX3. A great line-up for the final, which promises to be an unforgettable weekend.

From the circuit’s natural bleachers or from the tower, spectators will be able to enjoy an unbeatable panoramic view of the whole circuit, guaranteeing they won’t miss any of the action. It’s a weekend for all the family, with free admission for under-12s – the perfect opportunity to share this unique experience with your young ones.

This not-to-be-missed event is also part of the 5-year celebrations marking the centenary of the RUMESM, an emblematic club in Belgian motor sport. A perfect opportunity to celebrate not only the champions of 2024, but also the heritage of Rallycross in Mettet.
