THE NEW BAR-RESTAURANT “ESPACE DIABOLO”
Nestled at the top of the control tower, the “Espace Diabolo” now offers visitors a new convivial place to eat and chat over a drink.
In constant evolution, the Jules Tacheny Circuit must be able to rely on a quality Horeca offer. At the beginning of the year, the managers of the circuit chose the regional duo of Benjamin Goutterbarge (Miss Baker) and Didier Bolle (Mobichefs). The two men have complementary professional skills and are used to working together at major events.
With the help of interior architect Gianna Leocata (Prija Studio), they have given the “Espace“ its own identity with archive photos, frescoes and posters. As soon as they enter, visitors are plunged back into the heart of the Saint-Donat crossroads, the mythical place of Mettet’s “Diabolo”. These images are also an opportunity to review the exploits of Jules Tacheny on his lands.
In terms of catering, every day, Chef Didier Bolle, with the Euro-Toques label, offers daily specials at €12.50. Among the other flagship products on the menu is the unmissable 180g Beef Burger “Diabolo”. For his dishes, Chef Bolle gets his supplies from producers in the Entre-Sambre-et-Meuse region, thus favouring proximity and local produce.
Since the beginning of July, the installation of a new outside staircase has enabled customers of the “Espace Diabolo” to directly access the balcony of the Michel Fievet Pavilion and thus benefit from a privileged view of the entire track.
The Pavillon Michel Fievet and its 400m² multipurpose hall offer event organisers a modern and modular tool.
The “Espace Diabolo” opens its doors every day at 7:30 am, offering visitors the possibility to have breakfast there.
Its team offers a catering service with a range of standard and made-to-measure buffet, barbecue and drinks menus for organisers and teams.
The “Espace Diabolo” also offers a sandwich order service (before 10 am).
