PASSION AND COMMITMENT TO MOTORSPORT: OPEN LETTER TO WORLD RX OF BENELUX FANS

The teams at Circuit Jules Tacheny are hard at work to welcome you to the World RX of Benelux on August 5th and 6th. We are facing an exceptional situation due to the non-appearance of the RX1e category for reasons beyond our control (the FIA has decided to suspend this category while the investigation in ongoing to find the reasons for the fire that destroyed Sébastien Loeb and Guerlain Chicherit’s electric cars during the British round).

The World Championship is still on, even without this category, for the fans, the drivers, and the motorsport community. Motorsports are constantly overcoming obstacles and facing new challenges. It’s in these particular moments that we must stand together around our passion to keep it alive. Therefore, we hope that many of you will join us this weekend to send this message: passion will always win!

As a token of gratitude for the support that you have already shown us, we’ve decided to offer a 20€ voucher (10€ for children), usable for merchandise, food, or drinks, which will be distributed on-site to EVERY ticket-holding spectator. The excitement on the track is guaranteed with RX2e, Euro RX1, and Cross Kart, all set to delight you. For the Euro RX1 category, you’ll have the pleasure to see the previous, thermic engine RX1 vehicles in action.

Furthermore, the promoter has exceptionally convinced 4 World RX stars to compete in RX2e: the legendary Johan Kristoffersson, Ole Christian Veiby, and the brothers Kevin and Timmy Hansen! They will add up to the already highly competitive RX2e lineup.

Pre-sale tickets are still available on Ticketmaster, all Night & Day-shops, and you can also still purchase them on-site this weekend. The updated program for Saturday and Sunday will be published soon. It will still include the After Race Festival, a music event that will take place on Saturday evening. And as the song goes: THE SHOW MUST GO ON!
