Accreditation

Official media representatives wishing to cover the events organized on the Jules Tacheny Circuit must submit a request for accreditation to the organizers (not the Circuit).

Events RUMESM

For events organised by the Royal Union Motor Entre Sambre et Meuse (RUMESM), media representatives may submit their accreditation request by email to: media@mettet-xp.be.

Please note that only professional journalists and photographers are eligible for press accreditation. Once all requests have been reviewed, the RUMESM will confirm by email whether the accreditation has been approved.

For events not organised by the RUMESM, please contact the event organisers directly.

Media accreditation is strictly reserved for professional journalists and photographers.

Requests must be submitted via email to media@mettet-xp.be with the following details:

Full Name
Address
Mobile Number
Media Outlet Name (+ category)
Editor-in-Chief/Media Manager (name, mobile number, position, and email)

📌 Mandatory attachments:

A valid press card
A formal accreditation request signed by your editor-in-chief or media manager

📷 Photographers: Please also include a copy of your professional liability insurance to gain access to trackside areas.
